Allen Carr’s Easyway method.
Buckinghamshire Council is offering smokers a new, free, and effective way to quit through Allen Carr’s Easyway method.
This approach combines a one‑day online or in‑person seminar with follow‑up phone and email support for anyone who needs it. The programme is drug free and focuses on changing how smokers think and feel about cigarettes.
Places are limited, book your free place on an Allen Carr’s Easyway seminar (usually £379).
