'Men In Mind' - Men’s Mental Health

You do not have to deal with everything on your own

Life’s pressures can affect any of us. Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, isolated, angry or simply not yourself? You're not alone.

Work, money, relationships, caring responsibilities, health, housing and loneliness can build up and make it harder to cope. Staying connected and getting the right support can help.

Men in Mind aims to make it easier for men in Buckinghamshire to get the right help at the right time. If you're struggling with stress, low mood, anxiety, relationship difficulties, work pressures or thoughts of self-harm, support is available.
